Processing Times

All Hai Tide apparel is made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be produced before shipment. During new releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped and vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

International Orders

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Hai Tide is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at haitidestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
